Our Store Policies

We founded Kinkier Furniture with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

                                                        TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•       A 12-month guarantee is given on all Kinkier Furniture products.

•       All orders are made to order and bespoke. Once production has started changes and cancellations cannot be made.

•       Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defaults. They will be replaced or repaired by Kinkier Furniture.

•       Bespoke items are non-refundable.

•       An Order Acknowledgement will be sent upon receipt of order.

•       Production cannot start until the order acknowledgement has been confirmed as correct by the client.

•       Once production has started refunds cannot be given.

•       The lead time starts from the date of acknowledgement confirmation.

•       Delivery times will be arranged with client before dispatch.

•       Three delivery attempts will be made and cards left by courier.

•       Any transit damage incurred up to the first three delivery attempts will be repaired or replaced by Kinkier Furniture.

•       Any transit damage incurred after three delivery attempts will not be covered by Kinkier Furniture.

•       Part payments are accepted, however payment in full must be given before production can start.

•      Clients take on all responsibility for the safe use of these products.

•       Kinkier Furniture cannot be held accountable for the misuse of these products.

•       All Kinkier Furniture products are sold as theatrical props and /or novelty gift items.

•       Sold for novelty photographs
