Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Policy

All products are made to order and has a specific lead time based on production time.
When an order is placed, an order acknowledgement will be sent showing the dispatch week.
Once payment has been received in full, production will start.
Production cannot begin until full payment has been received.
When product is finished an email will be sent to organise delivery before dispatch.
Three delivery attempts will be made, any damage incurred after 3 delivery attempts will not be upheld by Kinkier Furniture.

All products are bespoke and made to order, as such no returns are allowed. In the event of a manufacturing fault the product will be replaced.
